The 734 Main Street Office Building, located near downtown Grand Junction, will offer over 30,000 sf of new office space to the growing Grand Junction Business District.  The Structure has four levels of concrete and steel construction including two concrete core wall towers topping out at approximately 60 ft. above street level.   Construction of these cores incorporates a climbing core platform and exterior formwork support system that is lifted by crane as each level is completed.  With over 1000 cubic yards of concrete and a tight schedule, this is a challenging addition to our 2019 projects.
