The El Jebel Car Wash is the latest project by Crawford Properties, LLC and includes 3 car wash bays with a center equipment room/attendant office area.  The structure is built on concrete footings and includes 17-23 ft. high reinforced concrete walls.   The bay slabs include center washout pits and are 5” thick with fiber reinforcement.  The Car Wash was originally designed using masonry walls but later changed to concrete.  Mays Concrete Inc. has worked on several successful projects with Crawford Properties, LLC in the El Jebel area and look forward to completing this project by early September.
