Over 900 LF of  Slip-Formed Type 7 concrete barrier wall was installed for La Plata County.

The location of the project is on La Plata County Road 120, approximately 5 miles southwest of Hesperus, Colorado.  CR 120 provides access to several ranches, and is also the access to the King II Mine, a coal mine which is owned and operated by GCC Energy.  The purpose of the project is to provide safety improvements to the road, which sees heavy truck traffic from the mine.
