The Las Colonias Business Park – Phase I & IA is a project for the City of Grand Junction.  MCI’s Structural and Civil Divisions are working on the project.  The Structural Division has completed approximately 465 lf of triple cast in place box culverts and is currently constructing approximately 270 lf. of radius retaining walls around two ponds. The Civil Division included 1.1 miles of curb and gutter, .5 miles of sidewalk and 1.4 acres of concrete paving.
